Paying for train tickets is now simple and flexible. After confirming a booking, passengers can pay by cash, ATM transfer, internet banking or another approved payment method.

- Hanoi office: 09 Dinh Le, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi.
- Nghe An office: 203 Building A4, Handico 30, Le Nin Avenue area.
Pay by bank transfer
Passengers may transfer the ticket amount to the bank account provided by ALLTOURS staff. Before transferring, please confirm the passenger name, route, travel date, train number, seat class and total amount.
Important payment notes
- Only pay after the booking details and amount have been confirmed.
- Keep the transfer receipt or payment screenshot until the e-ticket is received.
- Write the passenger name or booking information in the transfer note if requested.
- Contact support immediately if the payment has been made but the ticket has not been received.
